Ingredients:
Sprinkle cut surfaces of baguette with oil and wine. Spread half of herbs and garlic on bottom half, and cheese in slices on top. Spread remaining herbs and garlic on brie. Put halves together, wrap in plastic, then in foil. Refrigerate with a weight on top 4-5 hours or overnight. This recipe was taken from Sojourn in Gascony.
